Together they are your best choice for quality rental apartments and condominiums in Edmonton. For over 30 years, these companies have been providing residents with safe, secure and affordable rental accommodations. The properties are owned and operated by the owners themselves rather than a third-party property management company. This means that we work closely with our residents to provide top quality service with a personal touch. Each of our multi-family buildings have a Resident Manager to ensure the property is maintained to our high standards and that on-site assistance is always available.

Lived here at Whispering Pines for 2 years. In the heart of downtown Edmonton, but surprisingly quiet for the the area. Landlord is on top of everything! I text him with a issue, and he's there within the hour to help solve anything that comes up. Very personable as well! Wish I could of moved here first before going to my last apartment! Spacious and well maintained units and building.
